As Principal and Founder of Studio 11 Design, Kellie Sirna has designed some of the hospitality industry’s most inspiring spaces while growing the firm from a three-desk operation in 2011 to multi-city offices with 50+ team members. Under her leadership, Studio 11 Design has achieved numerous accolades ranging from Inc. 5000 recognizing the firm’s growth to Interior Design’s Hospitality Giants honoring the firm’s commitment to their craft. Kellie herself has also been named an American Business Awards’ Woman of the Year. Throughout the years, Studio 11 Design has worked with boutique and nameplate brands such as Marriott, Caesars Entertainment, Hyatt, Starwood and Thompson, with the firm’s growth predicted to double in the year ahead.

Matthew Seal
Vice President, Luxury Brands, Global Design
Marriott International, EMEA
Matthew Seal is Vice President, Luxury Brands, Global design for Marriott International across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Marriott International’s luxury portfolio has eight leading brands including The Ritz-Carlton, Ritz-Carlton Reserve, St. Regis, W Hotels, The Luxury Collection and JW Marriott.
Matt oversees the strategic direction and delivery of the company’s diverse luxury hotel and residence projects across the region while harmoniously managing brand distinction and stakeholder relations. He leads a strong team of luxury design specialists working across all aspects of design from feasibility through to completion. Recent highlights from across the region include the exciting arrival of W Hotels in Italy with the opening of W Rome, Cosme, a Luxury Collection Resort opening on the idyllic island of Paros and Marriott International’s first luxury safari lodge, JW Marriott Masai Mara Lodge.
With over 25 years’ experience in hospitality, architecture and interior design, Matt has a global mindset having worked across a range of projects in Europe, the Middle East and Asia both as an international hospitality design consultant for over 16 years and at Marriott International where he has spent the last nine years.
Dana Morales
Principal Industrial Designer
Kohler Co.
Having begun as an intern at Kohler Co. and advanced to her current position, Dana Morales designs KOHLER Artist Editions and decorative products, including all ceramic transfer projects globally and the Create With Kohler initiative. With a focus on creating designs that tell a story, Dana is driven by the emotional connection consumers have with her work.
Dana’s surface pattern designs have been featured in tableware collections from Lenox, tiles from Artistic Tile, and on textiles. Her personal ceramic work has been displayed in galleries and in juried exhibitions across the U.S. and Colombia. Dana holds a Master of Fine Arts in Ceramics from the State University of New York, New Paltz, a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Design from the National University of Colombia, and studied ceramic and archeological material restoration at the Instituto per l’Arte e il Restauro Palazzo Spinelli in Florence, Italy.
