Hotel & Resort Design Show South opens 2025 registration

Hotel & Resort Design Show South (HRDS) has opened registration for its forthcoming show, taking place at the Miami Beach Convention Center from 3-4 June.

With a marked burst of innovation and enterprise across the US and South America, hoteliers, procurement firms, design studios, hospitality suppliers and other industry players are set to undergo an intense period of product research, trend investigation and project briefing.

With a strong focus on connection and industry growth, the latest addition of HRDS will feature a series of networking events designed to foster new relationships and business opportunities, from the popular Opening Party on 2 June, to the many intimate socials taking place throughout the two-day event. The jewel of the networking events continues to be the Speed Networking, in which specifiers are matched with hand-selected suppliers according to their project needs, attracting industry leaders from the likes of Sandals, Marriott International, IHG, Four Seasons, Accor, Hilton, The Parker Company, Beyer Brown and Benjamin West.

The HRDS conference will discuss the value that brands can bring to the localities they are expanding into, the impact that wellness has had on the hospitality industry, and the ways the concept is evolving, among other popular industry topics. Content-led networking events will include Meet the Brands and Lunch & Learns, arranged in conjunction with HRDS Association Partners, NEWH and GMBHA. Here, attending suppliers will get a unique insight into the branding, decision-making process and practicalities of the workflow of procurement and design professionals.

This year will see the launch of a number of new initiatives. Under the Future Leaders program, in its launch year for HRDS, the next generation of hospitality leaders – as selected by their industry peers – will be celebrated. The event’s Product Showcase meanwhile will be enhanced by a new game show-style event, Battle of the Brands, which will feature innovations from HRDS, CSI and CXI exhibitors.

HRDS is co-located with CSI Americas, the world’s only exhibition and conference exclusively dedicated to connecting the buyers and suppliers of the cruise design industry. With the newbuild order book having grown by around 50% throughout 2024 and the first quarter of 2025, the cruise ship interiors industry moves on the same upward trajectory as the hospitality interiors sector. This show features a conference with both an interiors and guest experience track, content-led networking and over 300 exhibitors experienced across all areas of hospitality design.
