The Finnish Hospitality Forum has announced that it will transition from a live event to a virtual format this December.
Taking place on 9th December, the Finnish Hospitality Forum – the first hotel-focused conference in Finland since the start of the pandemic – will be a half-day online event encompassing keynote talks and sessions from leading experts, as well as panel discussions and opportunities for networking.
The forum aims to bring all hospitality professionals together under one event, share experiences and find a common ground to move the industry forward and find solutions to build back better. The virtual platform will have networking tables as well as functionality to set up one-on-one meetings with fellow attendees.
All founders – dSign Vertti Kivi & Co, Business Finland, Christie & Co, Architects Soni & Horto, Helsinki Business Hub and Think Hospitality – are committed to making the forum a successful first event of its kind.
The topics of the first virtual forum will investigate how to champion a better future for the hospitality industry, drawing on the knowledge of some of the industry’s leading experts.
This year’s speakers have all been chosen for their passion, drive and ability to inspire local hospitality professionals to constantly improve. The variety of experts include: Florien Kollenz, Chief Development Officer at 25hours Hotels; Anita Mendiratta, Special Advisor to the Secretary General UNWTO; Philip Lassman, Vice President, Head of Development in Northern Europe at Accor; Sami Horteo, Chairman of Architects Soini & Horto and Vertii Kivi, founder and Head of Design at dSign Vertti Kivi & Co.
