Minor Hotels is partnering with Ares Management to transform the existing Reethi Beach Resort into NH Collection Maldives Reethi Resort. 

Marking NH Collection’s debut in the Maldives’ Baa Atoll, the property will open its doors in Q4 2025, following extensive renovation. The transformation, the most significant in the resort’s 25-year history, will include upgrades to the villas, dining outlets and leisure facilities. 

NH Collection Maldives Reethi Resort will offer a mix of on-land and overwater villas. 10 distinctive F&B outlets will be on offer, including all-day dining venues, specialty restaurants and bars. Other amenities include a spa, pool lounge, fitness centre and sports courts.
