Hyatt announces plans for two hotels in Neom’s Magna
Hyatt has announced plans to debut two of its brands in Jaumur, a destination in Neom’s Magna.
Located on the coast of Gulf of Aqaba, Park Hyatt Jaumur and Andaz Jaumur Marina will mark a significant milestone in the expansion of Hyatt’s brand presence within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The hotels are set to open their doors in 2027, offering a total of 350 rooms and suites. Park Hyatt Jaumur will sit at the community’s vibrant epicenter, overlooking the marina. With 125 rooms, the property will offer a range of entertainment, leisure and cultural experiences. Andaz Jaumur Marina meanwhile, with 225 modern rooms and suites, will be a celebration of art and creativity, designed to capture the spirit of the area.
Jaumur will feature a range of amenities, including a 300-berth marina with a large cantilever rising above the boats, as well as a deep sea diving research centre.
