TreeDwellers launches in Oxfordshire Cotswolds

Treehouse specialist TreeDwellers has opened its doors in the Oxfordshire Cotswolds, located within the 1,700-acre woodland of Cornbury Park.

The site comprises seven treehouses with one- or two-bedroom formations, as well as fully-equipped kitchens and living areas with wood-burning stoves. Freestanding bathtubs overlook local flora, while the space can be personalised using in-house tablets.

Designed to blend seamlessly with the natural environment, each structure is encased in timber, copper and glass, complementing the organic curves of its surroundings. Modern, neutral interiors and large windows frame the thriving woodland in all directions.

TreeDwellers is the creation of Tim Rees, whose vision is to provide a sanctuary where guests can transition from high-alert beta brainwaves to calm alpha brain waves. “I am over the moon to welcome the first guests to TreeDwellers,” he says. “It’s been a long journey to bring this vision into reality and I am thrilled to share this extremely special place with our guests. The woodland has long been a sanctuary for me, and I am confident our guests will leave feeling relaxed, restored and inspired.”

Also featured on-site is a Forest Megaphone, a nine-metre, twin-coned structure designed to provide a unique auditory experience that amplifies the sounds of the forest for those sat within it. The property also includes a yoga platform and pagoda, as well as an on-site shop.
