Wyndham expands in Europe as Dolce lands in Barcelona
Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is continuing its growth across Europe with the opening of Dolce by Wyndham Barcelona Resort.
Situated in Sant Esteve de Sesrovires, the resort offers 150 rooms and more than 600m2 of meeting and event spaces. A spa and fitness centre is also on offer, as well as wellness centre with a sauna, hammam, solarium, and indoor and outdoor pools.
Typical guestrooms at Dolce by Wyndham Barcelona Resort are spacious in size and blend contemporary interior design with the hotel’s Modernist exterior, reflecting the eclecticism of Barcelona’s Mediterranean traditions. They also feature complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, a mini-fridge and espresso makers, with upscale toiletries and walk-in showers in the bathrooms.
The hotel features multiple F&B venues, including the Terroir by Paradís restaurant, where Mediterranean cuisine crafted from local and seasonal ingredients is on offer. Here, surrounded by modern décor, large windows provide panoramic views of the nearby golf course and the Montserrat. In the evening, the Terroir Bar gives guests chance to unwind with cocktails like the signature Terroir Nest, as well as an array of local wines and spirits.
“This opening in Barcelona marks a significant milestone in the expansion of our upscale Dolce By Wyndham brand across the EMEA region, enabling property owners to capitalize on the growing corporate travel market,” comments Dimitris Manikis, President, EMEA, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts. “This stunning resort immerses guests in imaginative environments where they can connect, create and discover.
