Yotel Tokyo – Q4 2024

A new flagship property for the brand, Yotel Tokyo is located just steps away from Ginza, the city’s most popular dining and shopping destination. Japan’s first Yotel is also only a fifteen-minute walk from Tokyo station, home to the city’s main Shinkansen high-speed rail terminal, which provides access to most parts of Japan as well as the Narita Express, the city’s main gateway to Narita International Airport. The 244-key property will welcome the brand’s signature robotic concierge, as well as an outdoor terrace to meet, connect and relax, in addition to a 24/7 fitness centre, Grab & Go and meeting space. The opening is set to be a springboard for Yotel’s wider strategy to expand across key cities in Japan including Sapporo, Yokohama, Nagoya, Kyoto, Osaka and Kobe. The group is also working on opportunities to roll out YotelAir – its transit hotel concept – at key gateway airports and train stations.
