Bette launches range with Barber Osgerby
Bette has launched the BetteSuno bathroom collection, designed by British design studio Barber Osgerby.
The new collection from Bette comprises washbasins and a bath that combine visual lightness with the strength and durability of glazed titanium steel.
In the floor-standing basin, a round washbasin bowl cantilevers above a narrow, conically-shaped pedestal, which conceals pipework and fixings and has additional room for a tap. In the bowl washbasin, thanks to a precisely-crafted underside, the washbasin sits on the surface almost seamlessly, and can be used as a single basin or in a row of multiple.
Referencing classic bath designs, the collection’s symmetrical freestanding bath features a wide, outwardly-projecting rim that can be used as a head and arm rest, shelf and grab rail. “The form invites engagement,” says Jay Osgerby, co-founder of Barber Osgerby. “Its exactness is achieved through expert engineering and the use of enamelled steel, which is a far superior material for sanitary ware.”
All products in the range are fully recyclable and come with a 30-year warranty.
