One&Only Grecian hideaway nears opening
One&Only is set to make its debut in Greece, welcoming guests into a brand-new resort from October 2023. The coastal hideaway, set within a 21-hectare beach and forest reserve, has been designed to evoke the feeling of a private island, celebrating a mid-century kind of glamour.
One&Only Aesthesis will be home to 95 bungalows, 18 residences and two villas with private pools and gardens. Spreading over 1,400 m2, split-level Villa One includes a swimming pool and an expansive deck that stretches right to the water’s edge. The resort will also offer 14 private residences, which can be enjoyed alongside the rest of the resort’s facilities.
Designed to embody the glamour of the Aegean, all accommodations will frame views of the Grecian coastline, with architecture paying homage to mid-century design through high ceilings, woven leather details, muted tones and natural accents.
The hotel will comprise multiple food and beverage venues, including all-day Mediterranean dining restaurant Ora, helmed by Chef Ettore Botrini. Adding a touch of Andalucian-Mediterranean cuisine, El Bar de Paco Morales will be an additional pop-up dining venue inspired by the chef’s home city of Cordoba.
Centred around an olive tree, bar Alelia will offer signature olive-themed cocktails infused with fresh herbs from the resort’s garden. Meanwhile, outdoor sunset bar Thimisi will embody the vibrant spirit of the Riviera lifestyle with reimagined classic cocktails and sundowner music sessions, while Minima, a beach and pool bar, will offer space to unwind on the water’s edge.

The resort will also include various holistic wellness facilities, including a spa and Club One fitness hub, home to a gym, tennis and Padel courts.
