Talenti unveils Italian Manna Resort
Talenti Outdoor Living has unveiled Manna Resort, a 5-star structure located in Montagna on the slopes of Monte Corno Natural Park, several kilometres from Bolzano.
With designs courtesy of Klaus Gummerer of Studio Pichler Architects and Enrico Moretti of Studio Moretti Interiors, the minimalist retreat follows the contours of the hills and valley, with a terraced profile that ensures every room has a view of the surrounding landscape.
Built on the ashes of an old sawmill, Manna Resort’s main structure houses an array of themed rooms, with Japan, Lapland, France and Sweden just some of the 15 locations after which the resort’s suites are named. A number of chalets, meanwhile, provide further luxury spaces, offering private saunas and a view of the hotel’s bio-pool. Furnishings have been provided by a range of designers and studios, including Ramon Esteve, Ludovica+Roberto Palomba, Marco Acerbis, Karim Rschid and Jean Phillipe Nuel.
The resort’s outdoor spaces have been carefully crafted, from the poolside to lounge areas. In creating these spaces, Talenti sought to connect the design of the property’s outdoor spaces with a range of different elements, without neglecting the spirit of the location, which has its own distinct heritage.
Meanwhile, in the hotel’s Manna Spa, design choices reflect a desired connection with nature, and a blend of global traditions is narrated through furnishing details, for instance Karim Rashid’s Breez lounger, which uses steel to play with reflections of its surroundings.
