7Pines Resort Ibiza has announced it will launch two brand-new villas this summer. Villa Alba and Villa Aurora, set for opening in June 2023, have been designed to channel the Ibicenco flair typical of the wider development.
The villas will comprise 221m² living space, including four bedrooms – each with a private terrace – a 20m² glass swimming pool and a garden terrace with Jacuzzi.
Villa Alba and Villa Aurora have been designed by the resort’s own architects and designers to hold a contemporary and bohemian-style flair. Developed in partnership with local sustainable landscape designer Terravita, they are set to benefit from the resort’s location, nestled on the edge of a pine forest and bordering the sea. Floor-to-ceiling windows and an abundance of terrace space will also allow guests to admire the surrounding areas.
Naturally, the villas’ interiors will draw on their Mediterranean locale, with a minimalist design and natural furnishings including linen, rattan, oak, birch and quartzite stone. Outdoors, a sun terrace and outdoor dining area are to be furnished with loungers, parasols and exotic Mediterranean plants. A glass-panelled pool will offer sea views, while a spacious garden terrace on the lower levels of each villa will continue to open the spaces up to their surroundings.
As for additional amenities, guests at both villas will have access to a range of exclusive benefits, including dedicated chefs, fitness trainers and bespoke wellness treatments like a complimentary 20-minute oxygen bar.
The villas add to the 185 existing suites at 7Pines Resort Ibiza, a property that forms part of the Destination by Hyatt brand.
