Runo Hotel – Porvoo, Finland
With a name and ethos that reflect Finland’s unique history and traditions, Runo Hotel Porvoo is a newly opened city escape. The word ‘runo’, which translates to ‘poem’ sets the tone for the property, with a cosy, calming, and poetic ambiance established through Studio Joanna Laajisto’s exceptional design. An emphasis is placed on neutral colours and natural materials, exemplified everywhere from the guestrooms to the traditional Finish sauna to the communal Living Room furnished with bespoke contemporary furniture and artworks by young regional artists. Located in the city of Porvoo, only an hour’s drive from Helsinki, Runo Hotel is a place where Finnish traditions meld seamlessly with modernity.

House Hotel Jeddah City Yard – Jeddah
The House Hotel Jeddah City Yard is set to become the city’s premiere new lifestyle hub. Located within City Yard Centre, a sprawling mixed-use piazza in the upscale Al Rawdah district, the property is a place that invites both guests and the local community to relax, work, exercise, socialise, stay, and dine. With an impeccable architectural plan by Ayman AlMehmadi and standout interiors from Studio Noor, each of the hotel’s 101 rooms and 13 suites are outfitted with custom furniture and, along with public spaces, are defined by an aesthetic born from a deep research on Saudi culture, materials, patterns, colours and crafts.

El Vicenç de la Mar – Mallorca
Declared a World Heritage Site in 2011, Mallorca’s Cala Sant Vicenç drew an affluent and artistic crowd during its golden age in the 1950s-60s. It is little wonder then that this destination, set at the foot of the Tramuntana mountains, is slowly regaining its spot as a luxury getaway. Leading this regeneration is El Vicenç, which channels the area’s golden age to create a sophisticated, eclectic grandeur that’s underlined by the surrounding natural beauty. The 30 rooms, four suites, and penthouse – some with outdoor Jacuzzis or pool – are awash in earthy shades and peppered by custom-made furniture with a twist. Opening in spring 2022, El Vicenç will also will offer two unique gastronomic experiences led by Michelin star chef Santi Taura, widely regarded as one of the most talented chefs on the island.

Noūs Santorini – Greece
Noūs Santorini will be dedicated to redefining luxury, with a focus on slowness, space, and an integration of interior design with the exterior landscape. Here, in the enclave of Messaria, lush gardens will give way to nested bungalows that simultaneously mimic the slope of the landscape and reflect the staggered structures that abound in traditional Cycladic architecture. Accommodation with pools, social outdoor spaces and organic dining options are set define the sprawling property, and will join Noūs Santorini Spa and its nearby organic vitamin bar for a multifaceted destination.
