Sleepeezee introduce Hotel Supreme mattress
British bed maker Sleepeezee has been crafting bespoke mattresses since 1924, with its products featuring in some of the finest residences, palaces, hotels and resorts around the world.
As a one of the largest groups supplying to the hospitality industry, the manufacturer is committed to designing products that cater to both the guest and the operator, with comfort, ease-of-use and lifespan key considerations.
The Hotel Supreme mattress combines sustainably sourced wool and soft, cooling cotton with 1,400 individual pocket springs to regulate body temperature and provide comfort throughout the night.
Each mattress – handmade in Kent by a team of 300 craftspeople – is finished with a deep tufted damask cover, with nickel vents to promote cool airflow and durable handles for easy manoeuvrability.
They also feature zip-and-link to easily join two single beds together, and can be customised to a variety of finishes, sizes and fabrics to coordinate with different room styles.
Sleepeezee takes great pride in its sustainable approach to business and is the first bed manufacturer to receive the Planet accreditation. The company has drastically reduced carbon emissions, energy and water consumption – an endeavour that has led to recognition by the Furniture Industry Sustainability Programme.
The group is also an advocate for Campaign for Wool, which promotes the renewable and biodegradable benefits of wool, and all timber is sustainably sourced under European Union Timber Regulations, as well as being Forestry Stewardship Council (FSC) certified. Furthermore, no waste has gone to landfill since 2012 and the brand went fully carbon-neutral in 2017.
