Singapore-based CapitaLand Group has announced the appointment of Kevin Goh as CEO of Lodging. Goh will oversee the organisation’s lodging business together with fund management, investment development. He will also remain in his position as CEO of The Ascott.

Goh joined CapitaLand Group’s Ascott China brand in May 2007 and was based in China for more than 10 years. Since joining the team, he has been promoted to a number of leadership positions within the Ascott brand including Chief Operating Officer, Managing Director of North Asia and Regional General Manager for East and South China. He is also a key member of the senior leadership team and sits on the CapitaLand Executive Committee, as well as being responsible for managing and executing CapitaLand’s growth strategies.

Prior to joining Ascott, Goh worked at Accenture, one of Fortune 500’s largest global management consulting, technology services and outsourcing companies. Throughout his seven-year spell with the business, he worked on various systems implementation projects in the telecommunications and high-technology industries in both Singapore and Australia.
