Occhio reveals Mito series
German based lighting specialist Occhio has launched the Mito luminaire series, a six-surface system boasting an unconventional profile.
Artfully crafted, the precise silhouette is characterised by a subtly defined cut and is available in warm tones of bronze and rose gold, amongst others.
The suspended light is adjusted via touch-free control at the head, and can be turned on and off with a gesture. A fading function also allows the beam to continuously spread between uplight and downlight. A new feature, colour tune, also lets the user alter the colour temperature between 2700 and 4000K, and can be set to match mood or atmosphere.
Lastly, Mito boasts a height adjustment feature, with the pendant length easily and precisely adjustable in one smooth motion. Thanks to light configurations including directed and glare-free, the series is adaptable, and can be deployed across a wide range of environments.
