Decorex announces seminar programme
Ahead of its return to Syon House in September, Decorex has announced its 2017 seminar programme.
The extensive series of talks will feature insightful debates that will explore industry relevant topics through detailed discussions hosted by experts. Highlights include a discussion on designing for the millennial with award winning Afroditi Krassa, as well as a panel session on internationalising a brand with speakers such as Nina Campbell, Katharine Pooley, Sophie Ashby and Natalia Miyar.
Acclaimed designer Shalini Misra will take to the stage to discuss art within interior design, while exploring modelling a business for design will be panellists Charles Leon, Anna Burles and Freddy van Zevenbergen. Further, Design Room 101 will work to set to rest design faux pas with an expert panel including Simon Hamilton, Sue Timney and Joanna Wood.
For colour trends, one of the talks will feature ColourHive. Sophie Conran, Beata Heuman, Kim Kuhteubl and Farrow and Ball’s Joe Studholme will partake in a candid charrette about vision, communication and business strategy with women in design
Other design sessions include a conversation between designers Martin Hulbert and Jay Grierson with Carole Annett as well as a discussion with leading interior designer Guy Oliver.
