AccorHotels appoints Gibson
AccorHotels’ newly created Luxury Brands structure, which includes the Raffles, Fairmont, Sofitel, MGallery, Pullman and Swissôtel brands, has announced the appointment of Andrew Gibson as Vice-President, Wellbeing, Luxury Brands.
In his new role, Gibson will be responsible for driving the development and execution of the overall wellness strategies for AccorHotels’ luxury brands.
His duties will include refining, developing and revitalising the direction of the wellbeing platforms for each luxury brand, encompassing areas including design and concepts, as well as the creation of facilities and programs. Gibson will also oversee the creation and implementation of wellness standards globally.
Gibson brings more than 30 years of international hospitality experience in the fields of spa, wellness and leisure to his new position. He most recently served as Vice President, Spa and Wellness for FRHI Hotels & Resorts.

Appointed to support Gibson are Lindsay Madden-Nadeau, Director of Well-Being for Raffles, Fairmont and MGallery, and Aldina Duarte Ramos, Director of Wellbeing for Sofitel, Swissôtel and Pullman. They will assist Gibson in overseeing and directing the implementation of concepts for wellbeing within their respective brands.
