Diners can watch the chefs in action in an open show kitchen, whilst in the inner-court guests can take advantage of the spacious terrace.

Martin Bowen, IHG’s Associate Vice President of Development, Germany, comments: “We’re delighted to open this fine Crowne Plaza hotel in Berlin and to be expanding our presence here in Germany. Crowne Plaza Hotels & Resorts ensure that guests can work productively, connect with colleagues, and re-energize. In a Crowne Plaza hotel the guest captures the unique spirit of the brand – productivity, connectivity and positive energy.”

The hotel will operate under a agreement with All Stars Hotel Development and Management Company. Gideon Efrati, CEO of All Stars Hotels Development and Management Company and shareholder representative for the owner, comments: “Berlin is among one of the top destinations for business and leisure travellers in Europe. We are thrilled to be expanding our portfolio and opening this hotel under the very strong Crowne Plaza brand in the heart of Germany’s capital.”

Potsdamer Platz is well placed to meet the needs of international and domestic business travellers who frequent the city. It is close to governmental buildings, political party headquarters and other businesses, and within a 15-minute walk of Potsdamer Platz – one of the most visited sights in Berlin with its shops, restaurants and bars. It is equally suited to leisure guests being close to some of Berlin’s major tourist attractions, and well connected to Berlin’s airports and the central railway station.
