Meliá Costa Hollywood Beach Resort set to open in 2015
Meliá Hotels International is set to open its second Meliá Hotels & Resorts property in the United States in 2015.
The Spanish hotel chain will open and manage the newly constructed Meliá Costa Hollywood Beach Resort in the Hollywood, Fort Lauderdale area of South Florida. The new condominium hotel property will be the company’s second property under the Meliá Hotels & Resorts brand in the United States.
Developed by Liberty Grande, LLC., the new project will consist of a combination of 304 fully furnished hotel and residential “smart units” ranging from studios to one, two and three bedrooms as part of a new six-storey Costa Hollywood Beach Resort community. Each room will feature a sleek interior design with natural colour palettes, and equipped with advanced technology including a multilingual electronic concierge, flat screen televisions complete with movies on demand, full kitchens with energy efficient appliances and a state of the art automated valet parking system.

Meliá Costa Hollywood will boast luxurious amenities including a spa and fitness facility, rooftop infinity pool and sun deck, five fine-dining restaurants, and other amenities including in-room dining service, a gourmet coffee shop, rooftop bar and grill, and a business centre.
The new Meliá Costa Hollywood will overlook Hollywood Beach with views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Intercostal Waterway with its boating activities. Ideal for visitors seeking a taste of South Florida’s unique culture and entertainment, Meliá Costa Hollywood is 10 minutes from Aventura Mall and five minutes from Gulfstream Park both of which offer luxury shops, cafés and fine dining.
