Wyndham opens three new hotels in Akbuk, Istanbul and Usak, Turkey

The latest hotels to open include Wyndham Istanbul Old city, Ramada Usak and Ramada Resort Akbuk (pictured). Collectively, the hotels add 740 rooms to the group’s existing 4,500 room count in the country under the Wyndham Hotels and Resorts, TRYP by Wyndham and Ramada brands.

“I’m thrilled to maintain our rapid expansion in Turkey, which is a strategic growth market for us,” commented Rui Barros, Wyndham Hotel Group’s Senior Vice President and Managing Director, Europe, Middle East, Africa and Indian Ocean. “We look forward to continuing meaningful relationships with both developers and consumers, who are more and more recognising the value of our powerful global brands.”

Located in the heart of the old town, Wyndham Istanbul Old City offers 265 guestrooms, as well as three F&B outlets, an indoor swimming pool and spa complex. Housed within an historic building, Wyndham Istanbul Old City combines traditional architecture with opulent luxury.

With 124 guestrooms and four meeting rooms, Ramada Usak is located near the city centre and four miles from Usak airport. The 364-key Ramada Resort Akbuk combines the convenience of a city centre location, with the facilities of a resort including a swimming pool complex and private beach.
