Dominvs Hospitality submits plans for historic Manchester site
The acquisition and development forms part of the Groups planned expansion of branded hotels in key UK cities.
The site will be developed into a 308 bedroom, four star hotel, complete with restaurant and conference facilities, occupying a prime position as part of the recently completed 250,000 square foot mixed use Piccadilly Regeneration Project. This project has now become a vibrant gateway to the city centre. The hotel is situated adjacent to Piccadilly Station.
Preet Ahluwalia, Director of Dominvs Hospitality, said: “Our company primarily focuses on Residential, Commercial and Industrial property opportunities, but the appeal to restore and revive life to such a historical and topical site was far too appealing to overlook.”
The acquisition marks the fifth purchase for Dominvs Hospitality in the 2012 financial year. The Manchester site is due to be launched to the public in late 2015.
