InterCityHotel adds Bavarian property to portfolio
The property will feature 144 guest rooms, each of which will be at least 20 square metres in size. A modern BistroLounge restaurant outlet will complete the hotel’s public areas.
The build has been designed by Munich-based Höldrich Architekten, with the interior design carried out by Dreesen & Partner from Düsseldorf and Bürbacher. The project investor is JP Commercial XII S. à. R. L. of Luxembourf, and project management will be the responsibility of Conccept.Pro Baumanagement GmbH in Berlin. The hotel will be operated by InnerCityHotel GmbH, based in Frankfurt.
