Grace Leo and Bruno Moinard join the Ten Trinity Square team
The new role will see Leo play a pivotal part in Reignwood’s redevelopment of the landmark Ten Trinity Square. Joining Leo on the project’s notable team is interior designer and architect Bruno Moinard.
Leo has worked at the forefront of the luxury hospitality industry for over 30 years, overseeing the development of niche market hotels and resorts worldwide and personally owning and operating two eminent hotels in Paris; The Montalembert and The Lancaster. Leo is renowned for her signature hotel development style, a combination of distinctive design with the highest standards of management and service.
After beginning her career with InterContinental Hotels, Leo went on to establish her own company GLA Hotels in 1989, and Grace Leo Consultancy in 2012. Specialising in the creation and marketing of luxury hotels, Leo contributed to setting the “boutique hotel” trend in Europe, the Caribbean and later in Asia and South America. Leo’s portfolio of projects include: The Cotton House, Mustique; The Cadogan, London; The Royal Riviera, Saint-Jean Cap-Ferrat and the UN Plaza Hotel, Manhattan.
“The chance to be a part of the team launching a heritage building in the financial capital of the world and working alongside such a visionary investor is a rare and unique opportunity. I am delighted to be spearheading the revival of such an important London landmark,” commented Grace Leo, Vice President, Reignwood Investments UK Ltd.
Ten Trinity Square, a Grade II listed, former Port of London Authority building, is currently being restored by the visionary Chinese company and on completion will comprise a collection of residences, five-star hotel and private members’ club.
Also bringing expertise to the project is Bruno Moinard, the interior designer and architect behind some of the world’s most prominent museums, private homes and retail spaces. Moinard founded his own eponymous 4BI Studio in 1996, and has since collaborated with brands such as Hermés, Chateau Latou and Veuve Clicquot. He was most recently involved in the redesign of the Plaza Athénée, Paris.
